Design, develop, and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications for industrial automation projects.
Program, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500, ET200) using TIA Portal.
Program and maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) using Studio 5000 / RS Logix 5000.
Develop and configure WinCC Professional, Comfort Panels, and FactoryTalk View applications.
Prepare engineering documents including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), I/O Lists, Cause & Effect Matrices, FAT, SAT, and commissioning reports.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, and OPC UA.
Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), loop checking, and system commissioning activities.
Analyze and resolve automation system faults, breakdowns, and performance issues.
Interpret electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and P&IDs for project execution.
Prepare as-built documentation, operation manuals, and technical reports.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers and project teams.
Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Support upgrades, modifications, and maintenance of automation systems.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Automation Projects.
Strong expertise in Siemens TIA Portal programming and troubleshooting.
Experience with Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 / RS Logix 5000 platforms.
Hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA development.
Knowledge of Siemens WinCC Professional and FactoryTalk View.
Understanding of industrial communication protocols including PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, and OPC UA.
Ability to prepare automation documentation such as FDS, FAT, SAT, I/O lists, and Cause & Effect matrices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and P&IDs.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling capabilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for site commissioning and project support.

Experience with Siemens PCS 7 and Rockwell PlantPAx systems.
Exposure to process industries such as Water Treatment, Chemical, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, and data integration technologies.
Experience in commissioning large-scale automation systems.
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices for industrial control systems.
