Primary Responsibilities :

1. Research & Market Analysis

  • Stay updated on coworking, commercial real estate, startup, and workplace industry trends.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and market positioning.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords, audio, and social media tools.
  • Continuously refine content strategies and brand communication frameworks.
  • Monitor audience behavior and engagement trends to improve content performance.

2. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term social media strategies.
  • Set channel-specific objectives, KPIs, and growth targets.
  • Create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Plan campaigns around:
    • Festivals and seasonal occasions
    • Community events and activations
    • Brand awareness initiatives
    • Lead generation campaigns
    • Customer engagement activities
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

3. Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain quality standards across all social media content.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and team efficiency.

4. Content Creation & Execution

  • Publish and schedule content across social media platforms as per the content calendar.
  • Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop engaging content formats including:
    • Posts
    • Reels
    • Stories
    • Videos
    • Carousels
    • Campaign creatives
  • Coordinate content shoots and manage creative assets.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of media files and content libraries.

5. Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.
  • Engage with followers, members, prospects, and online communities.
  • Build strong online relationships and enhance brand reputation.
  • Manage customer interactions professionally and promptly.

6. Lead Management & Cross-Functional Support

  • Identify and track social media-generated leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead handover and follow-up.
  • Support internal teams with creative requirements for:
    • Marketing campaigns
    • Events
    • Activations
    • Advertising initiatives
  • Ensure seamless communication between marketing and sales departments.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Monitor KPIs including:
    • Reach
    • Engagement
    • Follower growth
    • Lead generation
    • Conversion metrics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Maintain records of content strategies and campaign performance for benchmarking.

8. SEO & Trend Optimization

  • Implement hashtag research and keyword optimization strategies.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends and platform updates.
  • Optimize content visibility and organic reach.
  • Recommend new content formats and engagement techniques.
Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of Social Media Management experience.
  • Proven experience in content strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Experience in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or startup ecosystem is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Social Media Management Tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
