Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute multi-channel business development strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within BPO, KPO, Insurance, and Global Service organizations.
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Research target companies and identify new business opportunities.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand client hiring challenges and propose suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct detailed market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify untapped markets and growth opportunities.
- Develop lead profiling strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track opportunities through CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor conversion ratios and optimize sales processes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and client retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment solutions.
Experience Requirements:
- 5–8 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Proven experience within BPO, KPO, Insurance, Staffing, Recruitment, or Global Services industries.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, lead management, and deal closure.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
