Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote travel packages, visa services, holiday packages, airline tickets, and related travel services.
- Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research market trends and competitor offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Maintain updated customer and prospect databases.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Prepare sales reports and activity updates for management.
- Track customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and contracts.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
