Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Patient Acquisition
- Identify and generate potential clients seeking medical treatments internationally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Promote medical tourism services and healthcare packages.
- Conduct consultations to understand patient requirements and recommend suitable treatment options.
Patient Coordination & Case Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their medical journey.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding treatments, hospitals, doctors, costs, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate appointments, medical evaluations, and treatment schedules with healthcare providers.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients, hospitals, doctors, and support teams.
Medical Travel Arrangements
- Organize visa assistance, flight bookings, accommodation, airport transfers, and local transportation.
- Coordinate all logistical arrangements related to medical travel.
- Ensure patients receive complete travel and treatment information before departure.
- Monitor patient progress and provide support throughout the treatment process.
Healthcare Provider Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, specialists, and healthcare institutions.
- Negotiate treatment packages and service agreements where applicable.
- Maintain updated information regarding medical procedures, treatment costs, and healthcare facilities.
Customer Service & Follow-Up
- Deliver exceptional patient experience and customer service.
- Handle patient concerns, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and collect patient feedback.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business opportunities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient records and case documentation.
- Ensure compliance with medical tourism regulations and confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare reports on patient inquiries, conversions, and service performance.
- Update CRM and patient management systems regularly.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Tourism, Healthcare Coordination, Patient Services, or Healthcare Consulting.
- Strong understanding of international healthcare and medical tourism processes.
- Experience coordinating patient treatments and travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
