Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the Mumbai region.
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities within Data Centres, Electrical Infrastructure, Power Distribution, Industrial Automation, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, panel builders, and end-users.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company's product portfolio.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and commercial discussions effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Technical Sales Support
- Promote Isolation Transformers, PDUs, RPPs, Electrical Panels, Magnetics Solutions, and related products.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure technical compliance and timely delivery.
- Support customers with product selection, specifications, and application requirements.
- Participate in product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Key Account Management
- Manage existing accounts and increase business volumes from key customers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans for major accounts and projects.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence reports, and management updates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely order execution.
Industry Networking & Market Development
- Develop relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, and data centre stakeholders.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Expand the company's market presence across Mumbai and surrounding regions
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Electrical/Electrical & Electronics) preferred.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering may be considered with relevant experience.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 6–8 years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Experience in Electrical, Power Distribution, Data Centre, UPS, Switchgear, Transformer, or related industrial sectors is mandatory.
- Strong experience in handling industrial customers and technical sales discussions.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of:
- Isolation Transformers
- Power Distribution Units (PDU)
- Remote Power Panels (RPP)
- Electrical Panels
- Power Distribution Systems
- Data Centre Infrastructure

- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
