Primary Responsibilities :
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for rigid boxes and garment covers across apparel, retail, jewellery, cosmetics, electronics, gifting, and related industries.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and requirement-gathering discussions.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and costing teams for sample development and feasibility assessments.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Track sales pipeline, customer interactions, quotations, and order status.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, samples, proposals, and pending orders.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Travel within Gujarat to meet customers and develop new business opportunities.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in Packaging, Printing, Corrugation, Rigid Boxes, Garment Accessories, Garment Covers, Labels, Tags, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of opening new client accounts and generating business independently.
  • Strong experience in field sales and business development.
  • Ability to handle the complete sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Understanding of packaging specifications such as GSM, board types, print finishes, dimensions, and material selection.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Gujarat for client meetings.
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for business travel.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve revenue goals.
