Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, social media, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions based on their needs.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM or company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for management review.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and continuous learning programs to improve selling skills.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in building a career in Sales and Business Development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain customer records and update sales activities accurately.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings if required.
