Primary Responsibilities :
. Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across assigned territories.
- Acquire and onboard new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, institutional buyers, exporters, and agri-input partners.
- Develop new sales channels and strengthen the existing distribution network.
- Explore untapped markets and generate sustainable business growth.
2. B2B Sales Management
- Drive B2B sales of specialty fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, micronutrients, and plant nutrition products.
- Promote products including:
- NPK 19-19-19
- SOP (00-00-50)
- MAP (12-61-00)
- NOP (13-00-45)
- MKP (00-52-34)
- Calcium Nitrate
- Calcium Nitrate + Boron
- Magnesium Sulphate
- Ferrous Sulphate
- Mono Zinc 33%
- Sulphur Bentonite 90%
- Conduct product presentations, commercial discussions, and technical sales meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Distributor & Channel Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and institutional customers.
- Support channel partners through product training, promotional activities, and technical guidance.
- Monitor distributor performance and develop strategies for business growth.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
4. Market Development
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Develop territory-wise sales plans and market penetration strategies.
- Participate in trade fairs, agricultural exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events to promote the company's product portfolio.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and institutional customers.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely response to inquiries.
- Maintain regular customer visits and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Sales Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams for timely execution of customer orders.
- Ensure smooth order processing and on-time product deliveries.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate supply planning.
- Support new product launches and marketing initiatives.
7. Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic MIS reports.
- Monitor sales performance against targets.
- Track customer activities, pipeline status, and revenue generation.
- Submit market intelligence reports and competitor analysis to management.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.
8. Collections & Credit Management
- Ensure timely payment collections from customers.
- Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with finance teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain healthy customer credit management and minimize overdue payments.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in:

- Business Management
- Related Discipline
- MBA in Marketing or Agribusiness will be an added advantage.
