Primary Responsibilities :
1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Acquire new customers and expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
2. Technical Sales
- Promote and sell the company's electrical and mechanical products.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Explain technical products in a simple and business-oriented manner.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective communication.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business.
4. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
5. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Ensure timely delivery and project completion.
- Support customers throughout the complete sales cycle.
6. Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Provide market feedback to management for business improvement.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Industrial Sales.
