Primary Responsibilities :
1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and acquire new customers.
- Expand the company's market presence by identifying untapped opportunities.
2. Technical Sales
- Promote and sell electrical and mechanical products to industrial customers.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Explain technical products and solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service and technical support.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
4. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
5. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Maintain smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide market feedback and business insights to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
