Primary Responsibilities :
1. Vendor Training Delivery
- Deliver instructor-led technical training on FireEye security products.
- Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Deliver certification preparation programs and customized enterprise training.
- Ensure high-quality training delivery aligned with vendor standards.
- Adapt training sessions based on participants' technical expertise.
2. Technical Demonstrations & Hands-on Labs
- Conduct live demonstrations of FireEye products.
- Deliver practical hands-on lab sessions.
- Guide participants through product installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist participants in completing practical exercises successfully.
3. Product Knowledge Transfer
Deliver technical training on:
Mandatory Products
- FireEye HX (Endpoint Detection & Response)
- FireEye NX (Network Security)

4. Trainee Support

- Prepare lab guides and practical exercises.
- Maintain training documentation aligned with vendor updates.

6. Technical Consultation
- Assist enterprise customers in understanding product capabilities.
- Provide implementation guidance where required.
- Share cybersecurity best practices and deployment recommendations.
- Support pre-sales and technical enablement sessions when necessary.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain participant attendance and assessment records.
- Prepare training completion reports.
- Collect participant feedback and improve training effectiveness.
- Submit post-training evaluation reports.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Cyber Security
- Electronics & Communication
- Engineering or related discipline
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in:
- Vendor Training
- Technical Training
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Enterprise Security Products
- Proven experience delivering FireEye HX and NX training is mandatory.
