Primary Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Brand Management

  • Strengthen and maintain the premium positioning of the brand.
  • Ensure consistent brand experience across showroom, digital platforms, and customer interactions.
  • Implement initiatives to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury clients, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized buying experiences.
  • Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.

4. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily showroom operations.
  • Monitor inventory, logistics, and product availability.
  • Ensure smooth execution of customer orders and project deliveries.

5. Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity.
  • Conduct product training and sales coaching sessions.

6. Marketing & Market Development

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and brand marketing activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and luxury brand promotions.

7. Financial Management

  • Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability.
  • Track financial KPIs and implement strategies for sustainable business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.

8. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales performance.
  • Present regular business reports to senior management.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in Luxury Retail, Sales, or Brand Management.
  • Experience in showroom sales, luxury interiors, furniture, premium lifestyle products, or related industries is preferred.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
