Primary Responsibilities :

1. Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client business objectives and marketing requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

3. Sales & Consulting

  • Present and pitch the company's digital marketing services to prospective clients.
  • Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions based on client requirements.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and online demos.

4. Proposal & Deal Closure

  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Successfully close business deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

6. Market Research

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Share market intelligence with the management team.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Marketing Services is preferred.
