Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development
- Drive B2B sales of Isolation Transformers, PDUs, RPPs, Electrical Panels, and Magnetics solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Data Centre, Power Distribution, UPS, Switchgear, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, customer visits, referrals, and market research.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Sales Management
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize orders.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast future business.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with:
- OEMs
- EPC Contractors
- Consultants
- Channel Partners
- Industrial Customers
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
- Support customers during technical discussions and project execution.
- Provide product presentations and solution demonstrations.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain CRM records of leads, quotations, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Track project status and order execution.
Experience Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
