Primary Responsibilities :

Reservations & Ticketing

  • Handle domestic and international flight reservations using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets as per airline policies.
  • Create and manage PNRs, fare quotations, pricing, and travel itineraries.
  • Ensure accurate booking, ticketing, and travel documentation.

Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams for smooth booking operations.
  • Resolve customer queries related to reservations, ticketing, fares, and travel policies.
  • Maintain booking records, transaction details, and operational reports.
  • Monitor booking accuracy and ensure timely execution of travel requests.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Stay updated on airline fare rules, ticketing regulations, and industry changes.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel industry standards.
Experience Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in Reservations & Ticketing.
  • Experience in a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, or Airline Back Office preferred.
