Primary Responsibilities :

Household & Guest Services

  • Provide personalized hospitality and assistance to family members and guests.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments with professional etiquette.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, travel arrangements, and family events.

Household Management

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, and domestic staff.
  • Manage pantry operations, household inventory, and supplies.
  • Supervise household maintenance and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Ensure the residence is clean, organized, and maintained to premium standards.

Administration & Support

  • Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the household.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Support family requirements with flexibility and discretion.
Experience Requirements:
  • raduate preferred.
  • Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification is an added advantage.

Experience Required

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Butler, Steward, or Household Manager.
  • Experience working with HNI/UHNI families or luxury hotels/private residences is preferred.
