Primary Responsibilities :

Strategic HR

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
  • Build employer branding and talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning.

Employee Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.

Performance Management

  • Lead goal setting, appraisals, and performance review cycles.
  • Support competency mapping and career development.
  • Coach managers on performance improvement plans.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement learning programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning.
  • Measure training effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage compensation benchmarking and salary structures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Support annual compensation reviews.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain HR documentation, audits, and HRIS records.
  • Oversee HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field (Preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Exposure to startups, manufacturing, or global organizations is preferred.
