Primary Responsibilities :
Strategic HR
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Build employer branding and talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning.
Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Lead goal setting, appraisals, and performance review cycles.
- Support competency mapping and career development.
- Coach managers on performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement learning programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Measure training effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation benchmarking and salary structures.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Support annual compensation reviews.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR documentation, audits, and HRIS records.
- Oversee HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- MBA/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field (Preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D, or HR Business Partnering.
- Exposure to startups, manufacturing, or global organizations is preferred.
