Primary Responsibilities :
  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

     
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant channels.

     
  • Plan, create, and execute content calendars and campaigns, ensuring platform-specific optimization.

     
  • Use social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar tools for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content.

     
  • Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments/messages, and actively manage online communities to enhance engagement and brand reputation.

     
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platform analytics.

     
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.

     
  • Research emerging social media trends, formats, tools, and best practices to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

     
  • Conceptualize and create compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign ideas for organic and paid social media initiatives.

     
  • Recommend and implement performance improvements based on data-driven insights.

     
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, Content, Sales, and HR to ensure consistent brand messaging.

     
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.

     
  • Take complete ownership of social media deliverables, timelines, and overall performance.
     
Experience Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

     
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

     
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.

     
  • Excellent content planning, communication, and coordination skills.

     
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

     
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

     

 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling paid social media campaigns.

     
  • Exposure to employer branding or B2B social media is a plus.

     
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
