Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Manage daily sales inquiries and leads.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
- Cold calling
- Networking
- Industry events
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Present product features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales under senior supervision.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for business growth.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare timely sales reports.
- Track key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Update CRM system (if applicable).
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock availability.
- Support order fulfillment and dispatch activities.
Client Visits
- Visit customer offices or factories whenever required for business development and relationship management.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates from Science, Commerce, Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or Chemical backgrounds will be preferred.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Internship experience is acceptable.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience are preferred.
