Primary Responsibilities :

Wedding Design & Concept Development

  • Lead the wedding design and décor department.
  • Develop creative wedding themes, concepts, and venue styling.
  • Design stage setups, entrance décor, bridal walkways, gift areas, lounge spaces, and complete venue aesthetics.
  • Create mood boards, design presentations, and décor concepts based on client requirements.
  • Recommend suitable color palettes, floral arrangements, lighting concepts, furniture, and decorative elements.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate with event managers to ensure smooth execution of wedding designs.
  • Supervise on-site décor installation and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor event setup timelines and resolve any design-related issues.
  • Ensure every event is executed according to approved designs and client expectations.

Vendor & Client Management

  • Coordinate with florists, decorators, lighting vendors, furniture suppliers, and other event partners.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand design preferences, budgets, and expectations.
  • Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback into final concepts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the wedding design team.
  • Allocate work and supervise designers and decorators.
  • Ensure effective coordination between design, operations, and event management teams.

Quality & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest wedding décor trends, luxury event concepts, and international design styles.
  • Continuously introduce innovative ideas to enhance the company's wedding portfolio.
  • Ensure high-quality execution while maintaining cost efficiency.
Experience Requirements:

ducation

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Event Management, Fine Arts, Architecture, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Event Design or Wedding Planning are an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in wedding design, luxury event décor, or event management.
  • Proven experience handling premium weddings and large-scale events.
  • Experience leading a wedding design team is preferred.
