Primary Responsibilities :

1) Great cooking skill and attention to detail.

3) Minimum 5 years of experience with Frozen food and Ready to eat Industry.
4) Creating Menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
5) Should handle and direct entire food preparation process.
6) Excellent communications skills.

Experience Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in culinary roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Culinary Skills: Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Management Skills: Ability to lead kitchen staff, manage kitchen operations, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Creativity: Capable of creating and developing new recipes and menus.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and suppliers.
  • Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Availability: Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
