Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Our client provides telecom networking manufacturing services with a presence in Kenya, Johannesburg, and Nigeria. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's market share in these regions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Kenya, Johannesburg, and Nigeria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
Experience Requirements:
Education Profile Specifications
- Graduation: Required
- Post-Graduation: Preferred
- Special Course: Relevant certifications in sales or telecom networking will be an advantage
