Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Our client provides telecom networking manufacturing services with a presence in Kenya, Johannesburg, and Nigeria. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's market share in these regions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Kenya, Johannesburg, and Nigeria
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
Experience Requirements:

Education Profile Specifications

  • Graduation: Required
  • Post-Graduation: Preferred
  • Special Course: Relevant certifications in sales or telecom networking will be an advantage
