Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead our expansion in Europe. The ideal candidate will build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive business development success and collaborate closely with marketing teams to uncover new leads.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and pursue new leads.
- Serve as a liaison with AdTech partners, agencies, internal stakeholders, and customers (app developers).
- Present complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Support partner needs with a proactive attitude and excellent project, organizational, and time management skills.
- Persistently follow up on opportunities, nurture business relationships, and exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Digital/SaaS sales experience, especially in the AdTech and iGaming sectors.
- Strong connections within the iGaming industry, including operators and platform providers.
- Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, and English (written and spoken). Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Hands-on experience in mobile, online advertising, or SaaS, with a solid understanding of the business aspects of mobile app development and a passion for analytics.
- Excellent ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Solution-focused mindset with a strong service-oriented mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to persistently follow up on opportunities, nurture business relationships, and exceed goals.
Preferred Requirements:
- Expertise in the mobile app industry.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Technical/Product background.
