• Proper detailed management of the food and its rightful temperature to be stored
• Management of the food inventory and placing orders accordingly
• Preparation of fresh sauces for recipes
• Experience in hygiene and cleanliness of the cooking area
• Experienced in working in an open kitchen and maintaining restaurant freshness
• Preparing fresh dry spices accordingly
• Experienced in handling online platforms with their orders like UberEats, etc.
• Preparing all backups of everything as per the demand

Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years

Location of Posting: Zurich, Switzerland

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years
