Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Industrial Coatings Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales within the coatings industry, with specific expertise in anti-corrosive, fire-retardant, thermal-resistant, and waterproof coatings. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the industrial coatings market.
- Account Management: Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in targeted industries.
- Product Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of anti-corrosive, fire-retardant, thermal-resistant, and waterproof coatings to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as R&D and marketing, to align product offerings with market demands and customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries, including manufacturing, steel, automotive, construction, energy, and marine sectors.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Education: Preferably a Mechanical Engineer or a Master's in Chemical Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on industrial coatings or related products.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of anti-corrosive, fire-retardant, thermal-resistant, and waterproof coatings.
- Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the coatings industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation package, with a maximum CTC of 15 LPA, including performance-based incentives.
