Job Description
As the Head of the Recruiting Agency in India, you will be responsible for:
- Launching and making the agency profitable, focusing on sourcing non-skilled and semi-skilled labor for overseas customers.
- Establishing and maintaining operational and QA processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Continuously seeking growth opportunities for the company by meeting potential clients and attending industry events.
- Developing and implementing strategies for promoting the company in overseas markets.
- Ensuring the company's business activities comply with all legal requirements.
- Achieving profitability within 12 months of the project launch.
- Monitoring subordinates reports and handling complex client issues.
- Resolving issues with consulates and other authorities.
- Managing a team.
- Preparing and managing the agency's budget.
- Interacting with government authorities to ensure smooth operations.
Experience Requirements:
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
- Proven experience in sending blue collar labor from India to overseas destinations.
- Experience in client acquisition in domestic or international markets, or an existing client base.
- Leadership experience, managing a team of at least two people.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the overseas staffing industry.
