 Responsible for overall development, performance and

activities.

 Improving internal process and procedure to increase

efficiency and reduce cost.

 Establishing strong relationship with stakeholders,

suppliers and customers to drive business growth. Maintain overall organization responsibility for

Manufacturing legal/ statutory regulations.

 Managing resources effectively to maximize output

and minimize waste.

 Research and resolve reported errors and initiate

efforts to prevent reoccurrence by addressing root

cause.

 Oversee the creation and management of budgeting,

reporting, planning, and auditing for areas of direct

responsiblities.

 Ensure Safety regulations are meticulously followed to

safeguard employee health & Safety.

 Manage budget and forecast, including focusing on

cost reduction and operational improvement.
