Operations Associate - E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations for the E-Commerce platform, focusing on order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Manage the Shopify backend, including inventory updates, product uploads, and sales tracking, ensuring smooth store functionality.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain and delivery operations.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely product availability and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and monitor performance KPIs related to order fulfillment, shipment accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless integration between online and offline operations.
• Work closely with the technology team to enhance system efficiencies and drive automation.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budget and forecast operational costs, focusing on cost-saving strategies.
• Lead and develop in-store staff to align with operational goals, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
• Provide training and support to store staff to enhance E-Commerce order handling and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably with a focus on E-Commerce.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce supply chains, logistics, inventory management, and Shopify.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Other Details:

• Salary Range: INR 30,000 to 45,000 per month.
• Qualifications: MBA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Freshers to 2 years of experience.
