- Oversee all operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

- Enhance the brand presence of Globacom’s Digital PSB in local and international markets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years of progressive leadership experience in Telecom, Oil & Gas Downstream, Digital Payment Service Bank, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in strategic and operational leadership roles within top-tier multinational or international brands such as Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea, MTN, Shell Petroleum, Paytm PSB, Coca-Cola, or similar.
Age Range:
- Ideally between 45-58 years. Exceptional profiles above 58 years will be considered.
