Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Agents. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to a warm customer base and selling health-related products, such as vitamins and biologically active supplements. You will be provided with scripts to assist you in completing sales and managing CRM records. If you have a strong desire to learn and grow in sales, this is an excellent opportunity to gain training and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to a warm customer base to sell health products.
- Sell vitamins and biologically active supplements following provided scripts.
- Accurately complete CRM records and maintain customer data.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques and communication skills.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in German (B2-C1 level).
- Sales Experience: Preferably, candidates should have experience in sales or call centers. However, we are open to candidates with no experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, stress-resilience, goal-oriented, and sales-motivated.
- Technical Requirements:
- Wired internet (minimum 60 Mbit speed, Ping less than 200) or 5G mobile internet (minimum 60 Mbit speed, Ping less than 200).
- PC headset, laptop, or desktop computer.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 4.5 Euros per hour.
- Monthly Benefits: 180 Euros.
- Commission/Bonus: 1.2% of the amount of goods sold and paid for by the client.
- Payment Schedule: Bi-monthly payments (17-19 for the first 15 days of the current month and 10-12 for the last 15-16 days of the previous month, along with bonus payments for the previous month).
- Payment Methods: Cryptowallet, Wise, or currency cards (Euro). Candidates can choose the preferred method.
- Vacation: 20 working days per year.
- Sick Leave: 7 working days per year.
- Work Schedule: Initially, Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week, according to shift scheduling. Shifts include:
- 13:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST
- 3:30 PM - 00:30 AM IST
- 4:30 PM - 01:30 AM IST
Flexible shift schedule and 8 flexible days off per month.
