Job Summary:
The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing pest control operations, including equipment management, selection of tools, and assessing cost-benefit decisions to ensure effective and efficient pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to client contractual QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) obligations, PSGS's QHSE policies, and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Management Documentation System standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45000).
- Uphold and support QHSE policies to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Pest Control Operations
- Apply chemical solutions, powders, or gases to rooms, furnishings, wood, and marshlands.
- Set mechanical traps and use poisonous paste or bait in sewers, burrows, and ditches.
- Inspect premises to identify pest infestation sources and assess damage to property and access points.
- Cut or bore openings in buildings to access infested areas, inject pesticides, and impregnate the ground.
- Study infestation reports to determine required treatment to eliminate and prevent recurrence.
Team Management & Training
- Guide and assist workers in the pest control and extermination process.
- Measure areas needing treatment, estimate fumigant requirements, and calculate service costs.
- Train pest control workers to meet company standards and perform tasks efficiently.
Site Preparation & Maintenance
- Clean and remove blockages in infested areas to facilitate the spraying process.
- Position tarpaulins, seal vents, and check for leaks during fumigation procedures.
- Post warning signs, lock doors, and secure areas to be fumigated.
- Maintain and operate power spraying equipment on the service truck.
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Record work activities and track pest control activities.
- Request required materials to perform jobs and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Perform site clean-up after job completion.
Other Responsibilities
- Dig up, burn, or spray weeds with herbicides as required.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in pest control, facilities management, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of pest control techniques and equipment.
- Strong understanding of QHSE and ISO standards.
- Good communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to operate spraying and fumigation equipment.
- Education: Relevant training in pest control or facilities maintenance.
