Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to drive HVAC product sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Define clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the team to ensure effective execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and team members on product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies for customer acquisition.
- Select appropriate HVAC products based on client requirements, project specifications, and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present detailed product offers and solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to close deals effectively.
- Handle client complaints or concerns and work towards timely resolution, ensuring customer retention.
