Key Responsibilities
- Global Market Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand presence across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and retailers globally.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with international partners to achieve mutual success.
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze global trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in product development, marketing, logistics, and customer care to ensure client satisfaction.
- Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report sales performance metrics, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in camera accessories, tech gadgets, or related industries.
- Global Market Expertise: Proven experience managing clients across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn about camera equipment, such as lenses, filters, and drones.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with tools like Zoho or similar platforms.
- Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and present solutions to senior-level clients.
- Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
