Experience Requirements:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with store managers and floor executives to ensure smooth operations and effective partnerships.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of A+ stores across the region and work to open new B2B accounts, while managing and strengthening existing ventures.
- Utilize reporting software efficiently to monitor sales, activities, and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely collections from the market in line with agreed terms and conditions.
- Focus on achieving profit margins as the primary Key Result Area (KRA).
- Manage operations within the HORECA segment to drive growth and business expansion.
- Oversee and handle eCommerce business activities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to gather daily forecasts and plan accordingly.
- Develop SKU-wise sales plans, determining where and what products to sell to maximize sales and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduation or MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of organic, regenerative, and pesticide-free farming is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other reporting software.
- Background in modern trade sales, with a preference for experience in the Fruits and Vegetables (F&V) sector.
- Valid 2W/4W driving license and possession of own 2W/4W vehicle.
