Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales & Marketing Head (GSMH) to lead sales and marketing strategies for a global provider of ERP and business automation solutions. The GSMH will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing profitability, and scaling the company's operations worldwide. This role demands a strategic leader with strong sales and business development experience, a background in ERP or enterprise software sales, and expertise in P&L management. The GSMH will report to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet ambitious revenue targets and expand the company’s global market presence.
- P&L Management: Oversee the financial health of the company, focusing on profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring effective pipeline management and successful deal closures.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, enterprise customers, and stakeholders.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain market differentiation.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline internal processes and optimize resources to improve productivity and scalability.
- Brand & Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media interactions to enhance market positioning and brand recognition.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, and P&L management, preferably in the ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software domain.
- Proven success in scaling businesses, driving multi-million-dollar sales, and leading high-performance sales teams.
- Expertise in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and global business expansion.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP, cloud solutions, and enterprise business automation.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
