Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven B2C Sales Manager for a leading travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving Sales Targets:

    • Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as specified by the company.
  2. Inquiry Management:

    • Adhere to the enquiry management and booking processes as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
  3. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle customer inquiries through various channels including walk-ins, telephonic calls, emails, and other sources.
  4. Product and Cost Information:

    • Provide customers with complete details about products and services, ensuring clarity on pricing and offerings.
  5. Query Turnaround:

    • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries as per the SOP and maintain query turnaround time.
  6. Sales Follow-Up:

    • Initiate telesales calls for follow-ups and close sales bookings effectively.
  7. Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate daily sales reports and track performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Languages Known: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in the B2C domain (preferably in the travel industry) is preferred.
  • Target-Driven: Must be motivated by targets and possess strong follow-up skills.
