  • Engage directly with decision-makers to drive sales.

  • Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in generating IT software business for the company.
  • Experience in interacting with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities through extensive market research.
  • Focused on new client acquisition and educating them about the company's services.
  • Skilled in assessing client requirements and preparing tailored proposals.
  • Ability to create a database of prospective clients, validating their needs, and offering the right solution.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Confident negotiator with a proven ability to close deals and generate leads.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure sales progression.
  • Capable of managing a team and coordinating efforts effectively for business development.
