Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Representative with Digital Marketing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in calling small businesses to generate leads and executing digital marketing initiatives to boost outreach and conversions.


Experience Requirements:

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Conduct outbound calls to small businesses to present company offerings and convert prospects into clients.

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through consistent communication and follow-ups.

  • Create marketing content for email campaigns, social media, and landing pages.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize for lead generation and ROI.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Proven sales experience with small businesses or B2B outreach.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, cold-calling, and lead generation strategies.

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for digital campaigns.

  • Data-driven approach with hands-on experience using analytics tools.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management in a remote work environment.

Education Profile:

  • Graduation: Required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

  • Post-Graduation: Preferred but not mandatory.

  • Special Courses: Certification in Digital Marketing or CRM tools is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
