Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive with hands-on expertise in online bidding portals such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and others. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of lead generation, client handling, and end-to-end sales, including discovery calls and proposal closures.
Candidates with prior experience in IT services, digital marketing, gaming, or branding domains are preferred. However, professionals from insurance or B2B sales backgrounds with strong sales exposure may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, LinkedIn, etc.
Create compelling proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and write effective emails for lead nurturing
Conduct initial client communication and coordinate for discovery and technical calls
Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
Set and meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue
Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
Work closely with project managers and marketing teams to ensure client success
Maintain CRM and document all lead activity, follow-ups, and client conversations
Requirements:
2–4 years of business development experience, preferably in IT services
Strong experience in bidding platforms with visible activity metrics
Experience in lead generation, revenue generation, and client communications
Ability to participate in and manage client calls and technical discussions
Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
Should be self-driven and target-oriented
Must be a smart, strategic thinker and take complete ownership of responsibilities
