Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end development of product samples from concept to final delivery.
Act as the primary liaison among design, production, and QA teams to ensure sample timelines are met.
Handle and track sample requests from clients and internal teams.
Document all sample orders, ensuring accurate labeling, tagging, and packaging.
Monitor vendor timelines and follow up for timely sample submissions.
Maintain and update a master database of sample versions and changes.
Conduct quality checks to ensure samples align with product specifications.
Coordinate domestic and international sample shipments.
Organize samples for client presentations, exhibitions, and photoshoots.
Manage sample inventory and oversee proper storage systems.
Prepare regular progress reports and highlight any sampling delays.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in sampling or merchandising coordination.
Strong understanding of product development and sampling lifecycle.
Familiarity with international shipping procedures is a plus.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Key Skills:
Organizational Skills: Efficient at handling multiple sampling projects simultaneously.
Communication: Proficient in interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in sample documentation and quality checks.
