Purpose of the Role:
As part of the Regional Sales Team, the Sales Manager – Mobility will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, exploring untapped markets, and forming strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as hotels, travel agencies, and corporate clients. The role demands meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while fostering strong and sustainable client relationships.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business plans with defined short-term and long-term goals focused on client acquisition, market expansion, and profitability.Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the mobility ecosystem. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including hotels, travel partners, and corporate clients.Sales & Marketing Execution:
Formulate and execute sales strategies tailored to market dynamics. Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt and refine approach for better conversions and market positioning.Performance Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports as mandated by the Regional Sales Manager. Ensure consistent tracking of KPIs and target achievements.Customer Relationship Management:
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve client concerns effectively, and implement customer retention initiatives. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure timely execution of customer agreements and adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Educational Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields would be a plus

Proven expertise in sales and marketing strategies with a track record of target achievement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Adaptable to dynamic environments; familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Experience Required:
