Retails Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products

Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling techniques

Handle billing, tagging, barcoding, and POS operations accurately

Maintain and update inventory records and stock movements

Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display standards

Maintain 100% grooming, hygiene, and brand presentation

Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business

Follow store SOPs, safety guidelines, and brand policies

Coordinate with store manager for daily sales reports and stock audits

Key Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of retail sales & customer handling

Hands-on experience with billing software, tagging & barcoding

Proven ability in cross-selling, up-selling, and inventory management

Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused personality

Must be from a Jewellery retail background
(Bluestone, CaratLane, PMJ, or similar brands preferred)

Candidate should reside within 10 KM of the store location
