Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Principal to lead the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining high academic standards, managing staff, and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school.
Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure quality teaching standards.
Manage teaching and non-teaching staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with education board regulations and school policies.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Plan and manage school budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations.
Monitor student performance and drive continuous academic improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or relevant discipline.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of school administration and academic standards.
Ability to manage school operations efficiently.
