Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling coordination, documentation, client communication, and sales reporting. The role ensures smooth sales operations and timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and MIS reports
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for order fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Track sales targets and support pipeline management
Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports for management
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
Experience working in the UAE market is preferred
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong customer service orientation
Filipino candidates preferred
