Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new partnership and business development opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships to support business growth and market expansion.
Leverage industry connections, particularly with new-age companies, to generate leads.
Handle inbound and outbound sales activities effectively.
Preference for experience in Real Estate and Branding sectors.
Prior experience working with start-ups is an added advantage.
Lead Generation & Networking
Build and nurture potential customer connections through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Take ownership of building and expanding the company’s social media presence, particularly via LinkedIn.
Generate innovative ideas and initiatives to achieve business development objectives.
Proposal & Conversion Management
Ensure rapid turnaround of proposals with a target response time of under 24 hours.
Focus on client retention and account growth, with an expected upsell/retention KPI of 30%.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in business development and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
