2. Description Information
Roles & Responsibility:
Maintenance Execution: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for Injection and Blow Molding machines.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to minimize production downtime.
Technical Oversight: Conduct routine inspections of PLC controls, heaters, sensors, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
Operational Support: Coordinate machine setups and mold changes; support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Reporting & Inventory: Maintain detailed maintenance records, machine history, and manage critical spare parts inventory.
Utility Management: Oversee industrial utilities including air compressors, chillers, cooling systems, and dryers.
Mandate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience specifically within the Plastic Manufacturing industry.
Machine Expertise: Hands-on experience with Injection Molding and Blow Molding equipment is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Ability to read electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in PET, HDPE, or PP plastic packaging is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during urgent breakdowns.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to train machine operators and junior technicians on basic troubleshooting.
Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant reliability.
