Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies.
Identify training needs across departments and create structured programs.
Design onboarding and continuous training modules for employees.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with team leaders to improve employee performance and productivity.
Stay updated with the latest learning trends and tools.
Maintain training records and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, HR, or related field preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in training, teaching, or learning & development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of training methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
