About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Closure) to manage the complete sales closure cycle. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling inbound inquiries, understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing deals.
This role is focused exclusively on converting qualified opportunities into business. Lead generation is not a primary responsibility.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inbound inquiries and qualified sales opportunities.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
Conduct discovery discussions and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Build strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.
Handle negotiations related to pricing, terms, and service offerings.
Drive the sales process from inquiry to contract signing and closure.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of closed accounts.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly closure targets.
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
Strong experience in proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle and close high-value opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on revenue generation.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales closure targets.
Experience handling B2B sales, consulting sales, recruitment services, training services, IT services, or similar solution-based selling environments.
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
