Primary Responsibilities :
Doctor & Healthcare Provider Engagement
Meet doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals to introduce healthcare technology solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features, benefits, and workflow integration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
Address customer concerns, adoption challenges, and implementation-related queries.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for healthcare professionals and clinic teams.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify, engage, and onboard clinics, hospitals, healthcare networks, and medical institutions within the assigned territory.
Build and manage a strong sales and partnership pipeline.
Drive product adoption, utilization, and engagement across healthcare accounts.
Support pilot programs, partnership initiatives, and market expansion efforts.
Develop strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
3. Field Operations & Territory Management
Conduct regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
Monitor territory performance and identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, customer interactions, and business development activities.
Ensure consistent engagement with existing and prospective healthcare partners.
4. Growth, Adoption & Market Insights
Track onboarding progress, adoption metrics, and customer engagement levels.
Analyze customer feedback and identify recurring challenges and improvement opportunities.
Share actionable market insights with product, operations, and leadership teams.
Contribute to regional growth planning and territory expansion strategies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, operations, customer success, and leadership teams to drive successful implementations.
Support strategic partnerships with healthcare networks, hospitals, and provider groups.
Provide field feedback to improve product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
